Will Tylenol 3 and Lortab Show Up the Same On a Drug Test For Wal-Mart?

Question by Chad: Will Tylenol 3 and Lortab Show Up the Same On a Drug Test For Wal-Mart?
I recently got a promotion at my job. I was offered an assistant manager position and part of accepting the job is taking a mandatory drug test. I’ve had a lot of issues with my teeth over the past couple of months. I had two cavities, one on each bottom wisdom tooth. One wasnt’ bad pain wise, but the other was almost unbearable. That being said, I had a few left over lortabs from a foot surgery I had a couple of years ago. I tried to get my dentist to perscribe something for the pain, but they wouldn’t since my appointment was only a couple of days away. So I decided to take the left over lortabs. After my wisdom teeth were taken out, I was perscribed Tylenol 3. So now I’m wondering what type of drug test Wal-Mart uses panel wise for assistant managers and if the Tylenol 3 and Lortab will show up under the same class. Thanks for any feedback!
The Tylenol 3 has codeine in it. I believe it’s a standard NDOT 5 panel which I’ve read doesn’t pick up hydrocodone but it will pick up codeine which is fine, because I just got the perscription for that. The lortabs however are from a prescription I got filled over two years ago. I just had some left over that I hadn’t taken and decided to take them for the pain caused by one of the cavities.

Possibly a 10-panel urine screen which tests for amphetamines (including methamphetamine), “bath salts” (e.g. mephedrone), barbiturates, benzodiazepines, cannabinoids (THC), cocaine, methadone, methaqualone, opiates (codeine, morphine, heroin, oxycodone, hydrocodone, etc.), phencyclidine (PCP), propoxyphene and tricyclic antidepressants.

Tylenol isn’t tested for. Hydrocodone in Lortab is. Hydrocodone however remains in urine up to 7 days at maximum after you stop using it. If you have a prescription for it and you are using it as you should you shouldn’t have a problem.
