Possession of… Cannabis?

The law should be ‘fair’ so as long as you haven’t been smoking or eating the stuff, you shouldn’t worry too much about it. Though the US has stricter laws on cannabis than over here.

I haven’t been ordered to have an evaluation before, but as a way of testing for substance abuse it seems as if some sort of experiment would have to be undertaken to determine whether or not you have been adhering to the conditions of the evaluation.

The educated (speculative) guess is that you may have an ELISA test (Enzyme-Linked-Immuno-Scorbent-Assay).

The pee test where if there are any metabolites of naughty substances in your pee they’ll bind to the antibodies in the test cup and will show up to the tester.

The testers will go in with the hypothesis “this individual has not taken any more substances within the appropriate time parameters and so the test will come back negative,” – they will use the ‘pee test’ in order to either confirm or reject said hypothesis.

Good luck!
