Question by awol: Will I be eligible for the new GI Bill (CH 33) if I was discharged with a General (under honorable conditions)?
My discharge was after three years of continuous service. Separation code JPD – Alcohol Rehabilitation failure; Re-Entry code RE-4. Does this qualify me for the post 9-11 MGIB (Chapter 33)?

No only honorable discharges qualify
