Why to people take blood?

Question by just me: Why to people take blood?
Acts :15:20,29, specifically says to “ABSTAIN FROM BLOOD,”so why then do people take blood tranfusions. If a doctor was to tell an alcoholic to stay AWY FROM ALCOHOL, would it make it right for him, if he injectes it into is vein, God is d creator, he knows what is best for us, don’t you think we should OBEY HIS COMMANDENTS AND TRUST IN HIM, Moreover it is evident that he created us, so he would know what we need and wat we don’t need, afterall he is right, there is so many COMPLICATION WITH BLOOD TRANFUSIONS, U CAN CONTRACT AIDS AS WELL AS MINOR SICKNESSES SUCH AS HIGH BLOOD PRESSURE & DIABITIES. So why don’t ppl take alternatives? And it is scientifically proven that it is safer and better to use alternatives{no bood treatment, other substuted liquid). So why do people get mad at Jehovah’s witnesses because THEY TOTALLY REFUSE TO DISOBEY GOD’S COMMAND, “TO ABSTAIN COMPLETELY FROM BLOOD”?
