Why do so many people believe in ghosts when they are NOT real?

Question by “The Man of the Hour”: Why do so many people believe in ghosts when they are NOT real?
I understand I asked a similiar question like this earlier this week.

If you did see a ghost:

1. What were you drinking AND would you like to share it?
2. What kind of drugs were you on at the time when you saw a ghost? Crack? Cocaine? Is there a difference? lol.
3. What made you delusional about it?
4. And was it just one of your buddy’s playing a little prank on you?

All those ghost hunters shows and everytime someone see’s a ghost it’s all fake. lol. There is no evidence that ghost exist because there isn’t such thing. I think people like making other people scared and I honestly can’t stop laughing about it like I mean saying ghost are real is like gas is cheap. Do I believe in spirits? Yes but I believe we can’t see them and they can’t talk to us. Thanks for hearing me out about all these facts I’ve told you. Have a nice unhaunted day haha.

I like to say everyone who participated gave pretty good answers.
Okay please hear me I am Not trying to be mean or disrespectful to anyone. I love you all, however I just believe it’s been proven that ghost are fictional. But I honestly respect all of your opinions.
I think a lot of you are CRAZY! but hey its my opinion. : )
