I hate this awful gut butterflies. whats causing it and how do i stop it. She drinks and gets high and im totally disgusted by her. help me

Right now you just have a bunch of anger built up. Its gonna take a few days maybe weeks before you can get over that feeling. Day by day it will get better and you will start to think of it less and less and it’ll get better. Right now you’re upset and angry.
