Why do girls have the need to show as much skin as they can?

Question by Virus: Why do girls have the need to show as much skin as they can?
OK. Here is the deal: it is legal for guys to walk without a T-shirt but illegal for a woman to do so. Do guys walk around without their t-shirts all the time?? No! OK. Girls can’t do that… But why do girls wear those tiny shirts and short skirts and all on hot days??? Guys don’t “abuse” of their rights in doing so but girls look like they just need to do it. Do girls need those rules so they don’t go too far?? Makes sense?
