Because the only healthy way to lose weight is to eat less and exercise more! Not drugs!

People who are morbidly obese (which despite all the hoopla is a narrow amount) can get medicinal help with weight loss but it is recommended to do it the “right” way.

Change your diet and start to exercise. Otherwise you lose the weight fast with some surgery or meds but the underlying problem is still there (you eat too much).
