Why are oxycotnin and hydrocodones medically accepted when marijuana is too controversial?
Question by Saint Lucifer: Why are oxycotnin and hydrocodones medically accepted when marijuana is too controversial?
problem with marijuana: Possibly addictive (psychologically not physically, aka the addiction is all in your head)
problem with painkillers (such as oxys and hydros): Absolutely addictive, extensive rehab needed to safely take someone off of them, aka PHYSICALLY addictive
marijuana should be moved from the schedule one drug list to the level three, yet there is much resistance against changing it to even the level two list! you know who believes that it should stay, the DEA! who believes that the widespread use of marijuana disproves the animal testings that show that it is NOT addictive.

marijauna has medical use for glaucoma, multiple sclerosis, and cancer.
why is it that prescribing marijuana is viewed as malpractice when narcotics are A Okay?
For the first bit that I came off of the narcotic pills I was irritable and had a headache and felt like shit. No if I was an addict I would be stealing for oxys and the sort, you see I craved them after I ran out of my prescription, but I manage to stay drug free. So no, I am no addict, I even have beer that has been in my fridge for at least a week, that is more than quite a few people can say.
