Question by vacrowed: why am i having a hard time stopping alcohol abuse?
i am 40 years old i live in a very small town that dosnt have an AA support group. the majority of the population drinks on an abusive level. i want to quit, but i am having a hard time getting help. what is a good way to stop drinking without the support of AA?
