Question by Freedom Is Not Free: Who would be on your all-time MLB “SUBSTANCE ABUSE” team?
To be eligible, these players would have to be known or alleged chronic users including drunks, ilicit drug users, or steroids and/or HGH abusers.

I couldn’t remember Howe’s name of all players.
