Question by ublinkblue: Who really believes that Bernanke was “holding his nose” on the bailout fiasco?
It seemed to me more like Bernanke loved the idea of the Federal Reserve “power grab” on the banks and the auto industry and the insurance industry; and doesn’t this “after the fact” statement seem like a technique Bernanke is using just to hold back the public growing anger over the expanding government and bailout failures and make himself look like “one of us” and the good guy?

bernanke says the economy is starting to turn around. he got his doctorate in the history of the depression. you are an idiot who posts on yahoo answers.
