crack is cocaine in a compressed rock form which is 20x as intense as cocaine powder when smoked.

Fentanyl is an opioid 80x more potent than morphine and is used for killing pain for up to 72 hours. it’s injected, i think, in extremely small amounts.

Methamphetamine is smoked for the intense high. i heard this drug is extremely addictive.

IF YOU KNOW PLEASE LET ME KNOW WHICH DRUG IS THE STRONGEST!!! even if it wasnt the 3 even though i think they are…atm. combos dont count like trail mix(meth, cocaine, ecstacy, and ketamine crushed and sniffed) or speedball(coke and heroin)
which one do you get a more intense high from? Fentanyl withdrawal is so physically powerful that you want to die or take another hit within 6-24 hours. meth withdrawal i heard is mostly mental but you get stuff like diarhea and nausea … What about Coke?
