Where can I find replacement window crank stems for my house windows?

Question by antonedbone: Where can I find replacement window crank stems for my house windows?
I am buying a house with the older wooden crank out windows. The previous owner removed all the handles AND the stems that they fit on. I can find all kinds of handles online, but they are all female, they don’t come with the stems. can anyone help me find the stems or handles that come with stems?

try a place that handle parts for mobile homes. usally there same places that sell mobile homes but they might not be the right size
