Where can I find a clean and sober living enviroment that will accept dual diagnosed clients?

This would be for my brother who is in his mid 40’s. He lives in San francisco and needs to get out of that environment, he would like to get help out here in San Diego. His dual diagnosis is Meth and Bi polar. I really would like to get him out here to be closer to me and get the help he deserves.
