when will our constitution stop being shredded ?
Question by keep calling me ishmael: when will our constitution stop being shredded ?
lemme see. liberals think that phone conversations with al-queda members is protected in the constitution. they think that an american caught on the battlefield in afghanistan shooting at the United states armed forces is protected. these are the constitutional rights they beleive in.
However. lets look at reality.
they are silent when the right to smoke is taken. silent when the right to own a gun is abridged. they are silent when liberals actually change the words of the constitution to mean they can take private land for public “use” rather than “purpose”. they are silent when california liberals propose a law making it illegal for them to spank their kids. they are silent when liberal judges say the constitution is a living document that any 5 judges can make it mean whatever they want.
im a little tired of the hypocracy of the liberal.
the next time they talk about caring about the constitution silence them with a punch in the mouth.
and thats a memo
wyldfag? the right to smoke is there with every other right. its legal. therefore u should have the right to do it the same way u would want the right to read, drive, play hopscotch. if u dont like a legal action, then the voters should make it illegal. understand? wow, u make some really silly arguments, u need to understand the constitution is not just about protecting your right to bad mouth your country and watch kiddie porn on the interenet which is what liberals like u believe.

I dont understand. What liberties and rights have been taken away?
You can still smoke…just not in certain places (good)
You can still drink…you just can’t drive, walk or do it in public (good)
YOu can still fly anywhere you want in this nation.
YOu can still own a gun, and its a good idea to make sure access to deadly weapons are monitored and are granted to those who have shown they are able to use them properly.
AGain, you state that rights are being taken away…yet they are as strong as they are when the amendments were passed.
