Question by u dont kno me: whats the penalty for controlled substance in missouri?
im tryin to find out wat my penalty is likely to be, i was charged with possession of a controlled substance (methamphetamine) and unlawful use of paraphenalia both class c felonies. I just turned 17 two days before this (i kno im unlucky as fuck right?) and im currently still on juvenille probation and drug court my first offense as an adult but i dont kno how the drug court deal is gonna tie into it since i was on that as a juvenille. i cant find anything about this on the internet really so im hopin someonell kno wat my penalty is prolly gonna be or anything to shed some light on it cause i dont kno what to expect i’ve heard alot of different stuff. also i just got out of inpatient rehab a month ago and i’m still on outpatient and i’m requesting to go to inpatient again hopin thatll make it look a lil better. any info’s appreciated thanks

seriously? dude don’t fuck with meth that shit is bad smoke weed or salvia don’t do hard drugs but YOU COULD DO 7 YEARS OR PAY 5000$ for a class c felony in misourri
