Question by Tommy Davidson: What’s an example of a repeat child offender, that recommitted a crime after ending a rehab program?
Preferably in Canada.

In other words, a child criminal (sent to a rehabilitation program) ended the program after a while BUT recommitted ANY type of (slightly major) crime (e.g. not j-crossing) after being released.
