Question by Blazin Arrow: What would you be charged with if you had possession of marijuana in a car?
say you get pulled over in Mass with 4 ounces in the car. what would be be charged with? would you go to jail on first offense for awhile or could you be put on probation and fined, charged with possesion of class d substance and intent to sell. rehab? anyone know

where i live you can get 3 or more years for a roach. a bag can get you 5 to 10 years. i don’t mess with the stuff. i like my freedom.
