What will the judge say about me going to rehab and useing first offenders program?
I have to turn my self in soon in 2 weeks because i failed a drug test for meth. SO i want to go to rehab and do that so i dont suffer in jail. But when i see the judge and i tell him i went to rehab and im clean i hope by then and i would like to use my first offenders program and i DONT WANT no probation or fines then what will he say? i would rather turn the probation and fine in to jail time. I have to do it anyways so what the hell. But i need help. not punishment because i have no money to see a doctor to get real help. But please let me know what you think. mainly if your a lawyer that would be nice lol. Thanks and O wish me luck. Thanks for the replys as always.
Well i went to jail for possession. There was a little more but we got it dropped down to marijuana possession. I hope i spelled that right lol. But i pleaded (NOLO) meaning not guilty and guilty at the same time. I didn’t use my first offender thing just in case i get into more trouble later on because of the place i live in. Like NOW!!! So i plan to use it this time. I want out of this crap. The lawyer told me its better to plead Nolo or No lo or how ever its spelled. So i plan to tell the judge i went to rehab because im going to do that in 2 days and i want to do the first offenders program or what ever it is. Im going to tell him that i need help and not punishment. The punishment makes it worst. Im a Caregiver for my grandpa and grand mother and they cant afford to take me to a doc or even pay me a little bit of money. They was paying the fines but its worse now. ill just have to do jail time in the place of fees and fines and probation. IM A FREAKING CAREGIVER!!!!! I help others
