What University offers a graduate program of a MS in Counseling?

Question by kk: What University offers a graduate program of a MS in Counseling?
I am currently working towards my B.S. in Psychology, but I have been having a lot of trouble trying to find a graduate school that will offer an ms in counseling. All the schools I have been able to find only offer the PhD. I would also like to earn a certificate in substance abuse/addiction/disorderly behavior, but can not find that either. Can anyone tell me a university that will offer this??

Also, please don’t answer with a “college search” site because I have been to a million (including US News and Princeton Review) with no success.
