Question by tracy: What type of illegal drug requires the use of broken light bulbs for inhalation, smoking, etc?
My husband and I have a house that we are currently preparing for sale. Our next door neighbors have a relative who has been imprisoned twice for drug use/sale, stealing, forgery …. I think he has been using our house to use drugs, was wondering what type of illegal drug requires the use of broken light bulbs for smoking, or inhaling — possibly injecting? Have not found any hyperdermic needles, but all of our light bulbs have been removed and broken, and there is a residue in the part not broken. Looks like it has also been heated with a lighter or something. Anybody know?
