Does anyone know how fasting works? I heard it helps control sexual desires? What type of fasting is best preferred for this? How should I fast? What method of fasting is the most suited for sexual addiction. Any help would be appreciated!

Sexual addiction is not a problem as long as you are able to function properly, that is, go to work, pay your bills etc.

Sex everyday can add up to 8 years to your life. Sex is good buddy. Why would you want treatment for that.
