What symptoms or signs to watch for in a suspected meth user?
Question by wyllow: What symptoms or signs to watch for in a suspected meth user?
An old friend of mine has recently started dating a girl who is described as an “ex, heavy meth user”. Who knows about the ex part. My friend seems different, spacey, unable to concentrate, very forgetful. Is it possible that they are both using? Or am I just overly concerned? Thanks.

Some common side affects are “tweaking” which is when a person displays a variety of tics, twitches and unusual repetitive behavior. Noticeable teeth grinding is another one. When actually high on meth the user can seem very hyper, speaking and acting very quickly, not finishing thoughts or sentences. They can undertake multiple strange projects, like dismantling vehicles, at any time of the day or night.
Meth use is not pretty.
