Question by lisatorres21772: what may happen to someone who has been charged with 2nd degree felony burglary for the first time?
He’s 18 yrs old, been in a little trouble just in this past year and is currently on 2yr probation but this is the most serious charge he’s had. Is it possible to get into a rehabilitation program with this charge since there is a drug problem?

Yes, and thats exactly what I would go for. It beats the hell out of going to jail. Make sure he is very remorseful and states that he WANTS help. The judge will most likely follow the laws for rehibilation instead of jail.
