Question by Alex B. Ph.D.: What is the best way to quit drinking as much?
Firstly, I dont want to give up drinking all together

Secondly, I wont go to rehab or AA

Thirdly, I do drink alot and it sucks, any tips?

(Sorry I’m not trying to be stubborn about the first 2 but still, I want tips that I will actually do, and I won’t do the above two!)

If you don’t want to use help from AA and do it by yourself, then you might succeed, but since you’re so stubborn the most likely will be that you will return to the drink faster than you think.
