Hi i have a friendwho was charged with robbery, and obstruction..he was highly intoxicated and high on crystal meth when the robbery occured he was having halucinations that he was being chased by monsters or something lol so he ran up to the first car he seen and tried pulling the man out of his car i asked him if he thought he was being chased why didnt he hop in the back why pull him out he said he doesnt even know why he was just trying to get away and long story the cops caught up with him adn he was arrested when he was taken in to write a statement the cops asked him why he was asking bizzare and he replied that he was high on meth this is his first offense

is he eligible for house arrest? if not how much jail time is he looking at?
also hes in rehab for the next three months until his trial does this help his case at all? and buddy this is canada im thinking 18 months at max
