Question by Just Mary: What is the anatomy of a drug addict?
I have a friend who has a drug problem. I cannot reason with her, as she is completely dependent on meth. I insist she go to rehab, but she claims she needs drugs to feel “normal”. Why won’t she quit? How can I help, and why do people get addicted to drugs?

Suga, thats a very hard question to answer. However I have experimented with many drugs, not meth thankfully. I have never gotten addicted and now I am not doing anything not even smoking ciggarettes. Suga she has to realize that she is stronger than a substance and that goes for anyone and any addiction. People let substances take over their lives and it often times covers up whats really going on in their lives. Ask her as a real friend just how strong she is and is she going to be so weak to let a substance rule her life.
