Ignore person below, only idiots make jokes about bulimia or eating disorders which ruin lives and ended up killing a friend of mine.

Quick fixes don’t tend to work, just drinking lots of water and making sensible choices, which are low in salt to reduce any bloating from even healthy foods, so it’s up to you and whats more suitable for how you go about your life.
