Question by neira: what happens when you get 3 DUIs within 1 year in the state ofCa?
i dont believe giving alcoholics jail time is fair. alcoholism is a disease like any other. some one suffering with alcoholism should be sent to a rehab faciltity instead of a jail sentence. it does not help. it will only supress it and make it worse. these people need help, not punishment.
