Question by christy: What happens when you fail a drug test taken for state probation?
Someone I know is on state probation, and failed a drug screen done today. What are the reprocussions they should or could expect? I have no idea and want to be able to say it will be ok, but I do not have a clue. He lives in Georgia.

Probation will be revoked and he will go to prison instead.
