What happens if I relapse on Suboxone Maintenance?

Question by ezekezek: What happens if I relapse on Suboxone Maintenance?
I just started suboxone maintenance through a psychiatrist in my area for heroin addiction and it is working great but i relapsed on cocaine my very first week. i have my next appointment in a few days and i feel like he will probably kick me off maintenance before i even developed a relationship with him, and I will have to go back to using heroin. I’m really scared. Do any other people who have been on Suboxone and relapsed know what they’re doc did? THANKS!
i’m not going to go back to rehab, i’ve tried that route twice and it doesnt seem to help me.

Please talk to your doctor about the fears you have. You seem a bit paranoid. If for some reason this doctor tries to kick you off – you need to get to an inpatient rehab facility. They will really be able to help you. Good luck and god bless.
