I just want to be sure… So for example, a urinalysis test comes up positive showing that the person has used meth, and it’s drug detection time is 3-5 days. Does that mean in the past 3-5 days that person has used meth?

Yes, that person use meth in the past 3-5 days or use medications (Contact, Sudafed, Allerest, asthma medications, etc..) or diet aids with phenylpropanolamine (Dexatrim),etc…
or have very, very slow metabolism.
