Ok, so why do people snort cocain? What kind of high does it give you? Is it like meth?

cocaine is a stimulant. it gives the person the sense of euphoria. ( like everything is just fine). I work for a police department, and see alot of the side effects of drug use. very sad, and nothing but death !!!
