What do you think causes a lot of people to use cocaine today these days?

Okay, I found an article about the percentages of people use cocaine on their money bills.

2007 – there are 67% of people uses cocaine on their money bills

2009 – there are 90% of ” “!!

Holy shit! That’s really a lot! So now, what do you think how it happened? I’m just curious for all of your opinions on this! 🙂
