Question by cave man: What do you think about the state of Virginia issuing 00 tickets for speeding?
Instead of raising taxes the state of Virginia has decided instead to impose outrageous fines for traffic violations. For example, a ,000 speeding ticket. Under this new plan the state is counting on raising billions. Is it just me or is this an outrageous abuse of power?
