Question by In Honor of Moja: What do you think about President Vicente Fox’s intent to sign a bill approved by Mexican lawmakers?
Which will allow Mexicans to possess small amounts of cocaine, heroin, and even ectasy for their personal use. Do you think that this new law will cause immigration of vast numbers of American citizens into Mexico, and result in Mexico becoming an American colonial possession?
