beside being able to overdose on it if you take to much, because you can do that with aspirin or alcohol…

Hallucinations, I know. There was a case not long ago in the mid west where a couple were on meth and they got lostt. They wound up hiding in a shack, convinced there were monsters coming for them. They called the police but couldn’t figure out where they were. They eventually froze to death, one in the shack, the other wandering around in the snow lost.
