What do I need to major in to become an Addiction Medicine Specialist?

I know psychology, but do you need psychiatry too? Also what are some good schools (preferably in Ontario or New England) that offer these?
Oh and by the way im not doing any drugs and im not addicted to anything, I am just trying to find out about a profession.
