Typically the problem with methamphetamine is not that it will cause a disease, instead it can simply damage the heart. Also the meth may have been mixed with something that can cause heart problems.

If you already have a rapid heart rate and you use methamphetamine in any form your heart rate and blood pressure will go up and risk of a major cardiovascular event goes up.

You should stop using meth or you very well could cause yourself significant problems. However I don’t know what specifically is going on with your heart since “weird” is not exactly a medical term.

If it has been going on for three days you need to see a doctor now.
