I preferred the sequel.

It was absolutely terrifying when you’re actually in the moment watching it.

Plot: These 5 or 6 young adults go to a cabin that a brother and sister used to go to in their childhood. They’re in the middle of the woods and it starts to rain. The sister is addicted to meth and trying once again to get unaddicted by spending a week in the woods with her friends. A trapdoor flips open by itself, and a rare artifact is found that unleashes evil.

I will warn you, there are a few gorey moments that had my friend that never cringes, cringe.

It was good. As a horrer movie, it definitely got the job done.
