My sister is an alcoholic since at least ten years and she is still in denail. She is agressive with words and she became a lying monster cause of her addiction. She is ruining my life and the life of my mother. What can i do to stop her?
Raynestar3, thank you for your answer. the problem is, my sister doesn’t have a job cause of this problem and she doesn’t have friends in her life. She only has me, my mother, my father and her boyfriend who she is with for more than five years now.

It’s called tough love. Cut her out of your life, stop enabling her behavior by allowing her to treat you that way. And hope in time, she will see the light. Either way, she is going to do what she wants to do, so why let her in your life and ruin your happiness too?
