I live in an apartment, and the walls are thin. My neighbors are a young couple with a 3 year old girl, and a boy who is less than a year. I have heard a LOT of things that concern me.
-Music so loud, it can be heard thru my entire apartment, even over the sounds of our own tv, conversation, etc.
-Loud arguments and banging sounds
-Female screaming “HELP!” and male saying “No one can help you now!”
-Male throwing females sister out into the cold night, with the baby in just a diaper saying “Get him out of my sight! Make him shut up! Get out of here with him!”
-Male yelling “I’m going to take the baby with me! You just THREW him! Do you think you deserve him? You cant even keep the house clean when you are tweaking!”
-Male screaming to little girl “Shut the f**k up! I’m not your daddy, we’ve been lying to you! -as little girl cries for him- Shut up and never call me daddy again”
-Sounds of fighting and things being thrown.
-Constant stream of people coming in and out
-Nasty, drugged up people showing up at my door, lookin to buy drugs, but too out of it to show up at the correct apartment

I’ve called the police during some of the more violent situations that I have heard, and they never do anything. Is it possible to call child services on them or something, even though I dont even know their names, and only know what the mom and children look like, not the man?
