What are withdrawal symptons from using Meth?

a day or so after using: the person’s mood is irritable, edgy, easily offended. Last night the person developed a runny nose that just kept running. Today he woke up irritable and said that his head feels like it’s in a cloud and his nose is clogged and running. He said his throat feels dry. It sounds like it could be a cold that has taken a few days to develop, but I have a suspicion it might be meth withdrawal. The person had not used meth in over a year and has lately been in a situation, due to no fault of our own, where meth is used frequently and blatantly. I hope to leave here as soon as possible. He promised he wouldn’t do it again, and he has kept his promise thus far, but lately, being here and around it so much, I am worried. Like I said, we are leaving as soon as possible, as it’s a sick, depraved, unsafe environment. In the meantime, I am curious what the physical and mental side effects of short term meth use would be? He would have only done it once or even a few times.
I want to add that before we arrived in this hellhole two weeks ago, he had not touched meth in over a year.
