Question by rgnolly: What are the penalties for selling drugs in a “drug free school zone in the state of TN. did not sell to kids?
And no it was not me, but a family member. They have 2 small kids and I will be the one to take them if the parents have to go to prison. Did not sell to Kids just happen to live across the street from a school. I am just trying to prepare my self for the outcome.One drug was crack and the other was weed.

I think it’s safe to say you better get your house ready for the kids. School zone or not, they are going to do time because they were probably charged with “possession of narcotics with intent to distribute.” That would get jail time anyway.
