Short term, long term, please don’t give me religious feedback, only physical real tangible results for a man stuggling with internet pornography for 12 years now.

but seriously, personally, i dont know..but in all honesty, i dont see anything wrong with porn. and i dont really know how someone can get an addiction to it. how does that work?
