Question by godtrilla: What are the illegal drug laws in communist China? What about Hong Kong?
I know they are illegal but what are the penalties for marijuana, cocaine, heroin, extacy, methamphetamines etc.

I’m not reli familiar with law but the Chinese authority establish death penalty to most drug seller. Taking drug or pills in China may mean 3-5 years jailed-life with being violently abused by those officers.

btw, in HongKong, u would be put in jail for a few months up to apprx.3years. The punishment is much more serious if u are enrolled in drug trading.
