For instance, I’ve discovered that you can still report a question asked by a user who blocked you by: clicking the question, signing out, going back a page, refreshing, clicking “report abuse,” signing in, and then submitting the report.

I’ve also discovered that if your nick name is uncommon, then people can still access your private questions and answers by performing a web search using a query that includes “site:answers.yahoo.com” as well as the nick name. This can also be done by performing an advanced search using the search engine.
