What are some things one may experience when getting off of & recovering from an addiction to methamphetamine?

It’s very painful to look at how this drug has negatively impacted everyone in the addict’s circle of friends and family. I’m feeling that recovery will be both challenging and rewarding for the crystal meth addict. Thanks for taking the time to share your experience, strength and hope.
