Sleeping more than usual, not eating, grouchier than normal, spending more money, messing w/ face, enlarged pupils. It’s going to be hard for me to tell because I work nights & my husband works days, so I don’t see him too often. But Sunday nights he always shoots pool & there’s a new guy on the team that uses meth. Last Sun. my husband spent – on pool & I asked him how he spent so much money & if he lent someone money or something. He replied “I bought some hotwings.” I realize it costs like .00 for each game & a few beers, but for once he came home & wasn’t drunk. I don’t believe he even bought wings because before pool we went out to eat at a buffet & when he came home he ate 3 sandwiches & 2 icecream cones. How could he be that hungry. I’m wondering if he’s buying drugs & doing it when I’m not around? What other signs could I look for?
BTW, years ago he had a problem w/ drugs & I don’t want to get caught up in that again!!!
I know it keeps you awake, but doing it in small amounts makes you sleepy when you come down every time doesn’t it??
